A useful fit for

Useful for a complete glass-desk installation with console walking and a nine-hour daily-use recommendation.

The main tradeoff

It is not the current 5 HP Pro+ package, and component dimensions do not establish the whole assembled footprint.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can the included desk meet nine daily hours using a supplied console?

The exact package includes the SDG desk and Omni console and recommends nine hours per day; a handheld remote is not confirmed.

LifeSpan Desk Dash Pro: a glass-desk package with an explicitly listed 4.5 HP TR5000 configuration. Desk Dash Pro combines an SDG Glass Standing Desk and a TR5000 walking base. Its own table describes a 4.5 HP peak motor, rather than the 5.0 HP figure on the newer Pro+ base page. Compare the offered package on its own evidence instead of upgrading it by name.

The package includes a real working surface

The supplied glass desktop is listed at 48 by 30 inches, with height adjustment from 25 to 52 inches and three presets. The desk provides charging connections and a drawer. Work out whether those dimensions suit the screen, keyboard and other equipment you use, then check the upper working height while standing on the treadmill.

A glass surface may appeal for its appearance or erasable-writing feature. Check the desk instructions for compatible markers, cleaning methods, monitor attachments and equipment loads. Establish whether your intended monitor and keyboard arrangement can fit securely before choosing the surface for its finish.

Keep desk capacity and user load separate

The desk is rated at 265 lb/120 kg for its supported load. The treadmill page separately gives 400 lb/180 kg for the user. The latter pair is not an exact unit conversion: 180 kg is about 396.8 lb, which is the conservative figure used for an essential user-load requirement here. A desktop equipment allowance is not the treadmill's limit.

The published belt is 20 by 48.43 inches. The owner-directory TR5000B Pro guide, matching the listed 4.5 HP generation, gives 19.88 by 48.43 inches. Our minimum-width comparison uses 19.88 inches. Confirm the actual surface if a full 20 inches is essential rather than treating a nominal dimension as a guaranteed measurement.

Its control arrangement is a wired workstation

The package describes an Omni console with treadmill controls and workout readouts. It gives a 0.4–4.0 mph range and an optional 2 mph upper setting. Verify which console and instructions come with the offered bundle, then route its connection where the moving desk and your feet cannot catch it.

Bluetooth synchronization with a LifeSpan app is listed, but synchronization does not by itself establish phone-controlled belt speed. A supplied handheld remote is also not documented for this combination. The console is the confirmed control route. Learn its configured maximum, start and stop routine before working at the desk.

A longer daily recommendation does not settle every instruction

Desk Dash Pro's own table recommends nine hours of daily use. That is useful for comparing planned daily totals with other models. It is not evidence that nine uninterrupted hours without breaks or maintenance are permitted, or that a person should aim to walk that long. Plan work, stopping access and care as separate parts of the routine.

The underlying treadmill is listed at 60.63 by 27.95 by 7.25 inches, with a 4.6-inch belt step-up. The step-up influences desk ergonomics; complete body height influences physical clearance. The desk adds its own frame and surface around the base. Get a complete assembled drawing if precise room depth is critical.

Plan the component weights and actual revision

The package lists an 84.13 lb treadmill, a 3 lb console, a 60.2 lb desktop and a 47.4 lb frame. These are separate handling tasks. Front wheels help move the base on a suitable floor, but do not move the desktop or carry components upstairs. A planned permanent office position is more convincing than regular relocation.

Confirm the exact base and controller before ordering. The current base-only Pro+ and older TR5000 listings share similar names and some dimensions while using different motor or console descriptions. Desk Dash Pro is assessed as the 4.5 HP package actually listed, without a promise that it contains the newer Pro+ revision.

Choose this combination when you need the supplied glass desk and its listed TR5000 configuration together. The current Pro+ base serves an existing desk with a different published motor revision. The Fit Desk package provides TX6 remote operation and a seven-hour daily recommendation with the same named glass furniture.
