Explore this need in the finder →LifeSpan TR5000-Omni: a complete desk for a longer daily walking plan. The TR5000-Omni supplies the workstation around a 20 by 48-inch walking surface, with a 400 lb stated user allowance and nine-hour daily-use recommendation. It is a separate package from the current base-only TR5000B Pro+, with its own desk, console and configuration questions.
Start with the supplied furniture
The current model selector lists 38, 48, 51 and 60-inch nominal desktops, while several text sections still describe 38 and 48-inch choices. Establish the exact size and frame in the offer you are considering. A 38-inch surface and a 60-inch surface create different workspaces even if the treadmill under them is unchanged.
The specifications do not provide a reliable full assembled depth: the line labeled assembled reads 30 inches by 38 or 48 inches, which cannot describe the full length of a machine with a 48-inch belt. This review therefore leaves a strict whole-workstation depth unconfirmed. Ask for the complete arrangement drawing rather than fitting the room around that line.
Separate load, belt size and daily recommendation
The exact package page states a 400 lb maximum user weight and a 20 by 48-inch walking surface. These are different questions. A higher allowance cannot make a belt longer or wider, and a large desktop does not enlarge the surface available to your feet. Check all three against the person and tasks involved.
Nine hours of daily treadmill use is the manufacturer's stated recommendation. It is a relevant distinction from a six-hour TR1200-Omni or a small pad with only a short-session recommendation. It does not establish uninterrupted nine-hour operation without rest or maintenance, nor does it set a personal exercise target. A shared workspace still needs a practical operating and care routine.
The console coordinates the installation
LifeSpan describes Omni Hub control of treadmill start, stop and speed, along with the workstation's height functions. As on the other Omni packages, the page warns that desk height cannot be adjusted while the treadmill is disconnected. Plan for that dependency when deciding how to clean around the base or use the desk during a repair.
The listed height range is 25.4–50 inches. Verify the endpoints of the actual desktop and frame, then account for the belt's 4.6-inch step-up height. The console's controls need a convenient position among your work equipment. Bluetooth and data synchronization do not by themselves establish that a phone or handheld remote replaces those supplied controls.
Keep the older package's construction identity
The TR5000-Omni table describes a 4.5 HP continuous-duty motor, whereas the newer Pro+ base page uses a 5.0 HP peak brushless description. Those labels are not directly comparable power measurements. Do not import the Pro+ specification into an older Omni offer merely because both names begin with TR5000.
Deck wording also varies within the Omni page, using both 0.7-inch and one-inch descriptions. This assessment does not choose one as a verified construction advantage. Match the actual treadmill label, console and manual to the supplied package before relying on a particular component claim or maintenance procedure.
Make room for ownership
The specification table lists an 84.13 lb treadmill, an 89–95 lb desk and a 1.87 lb console. Front wheels can assist moving the base on a suitable floor; they do not move the furniture or eliminate lifting. A workstation that can stay in one room is a more convincing use case than an installation that must regularly move between floors.
The page displayed “Sold out”; confirm availability and package identity for a specific offer. Choose this combination when its supplied desk, load allowance and nine-hour daily recommendation fit, after resolving assembled dimensions. The TR5000-Classic offers a longer belt with manual desk-height adjustment. The Pro+ base is a separate current configuration for an existing suitable desk.
